ROBOSQUE is a registered trademark of The Open Innovation Lab Ltd.

All information, text, statistics, data, material, graphics, software ("Content") on ROBOSQUE are copyright The Open Innovation Lab Ltd.". The Content is protected by international copyright trademark laws. Content on ROBOSQUE is published in real time, and you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute this Content in any way except as expressly provided for on ROBOSQUE or expressly authorized in writing by The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. or an Affiliate.

Strictly on the condition that you keep all Content intact and in the same form as presented on ROBOSQUE (including without limitation all copyright and trademark notices), you may, using an Industry-standard Web browser, download and view the Content for your use.

You must not use the Content in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right of The Open Innovation Lab Ltd.or an Affiliate or which is prohibited in the Terms of Use.

Anti-hacking Provision

It is a condition of your access to ROBOSQUE that you do not do any of the following:

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using ROBOSQUE

Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct of a criminal offence, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law;

Post or transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus or other harmful component; or

Delete any legal notices, proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.

Collect or attempt to collect any information of others, including passwords, account or other information.

The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates do not warrant, guarantee or make any representations to you that any software or other file offered or accessible in or via ROBOSQUE will be free of infection by viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties, nor that ROBOSQUE will be uninterrupted or error free;

Permitted Use, Limitations on Use

You may access and download the Material only as required to view the Material on your web browser for your individual use, keeping all copyright and other notices on the Material. You may print a single copy of Material for your use. You may not republish or distribute any Material or do anything else with the Material, which is not specifically permitted in this Agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates warrant that it will use reasonable efforts at all times to ensure that the data and information in ROBOSQUE is kept fully up to date. The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates do not warrant, guarantee or make any representations to you, regarding the use, or the results of the use of the software or any information in ROBOSQUE , including, but not limited to its correctness, accuracy, reliability, performance or otherwise.

Except as otherwise expressly required by law, The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates shall be under no liability whatsoever including consequential loss to you howsoever arising relating to the supply to or the use by you of ROBOSQUE and information and data contained therein or represented thereby.

Except as provided for by the Non-excludable Rights: a) all Content is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, b) The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, c) The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates do not warrant that the functions contained in any Content or any Communications Facility or your access to ROBOSQUE will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected or that ROBOSQUE or the server which stores and transmits Content to you are free of viruses or any other harmful components, d) The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates do not warrant or make any representation regarding your access to, or the result of your access to, ROBOSQUE (including any related or linked websites) or any Content in terms of correctness, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or otherwise, and e) you (and not The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. or its Affiliates) assume the entire cost of any necessary verification, maintenance, repair and/or correction of any relevant Content.

Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. or its Affiliates) will The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. or its Affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, ROBOSQUE or any Content. You expressly acknowledge and agree that The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. or its Affiliates do not exert control over users of the ROBOSQUE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates' liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at the option of The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates to the following: a) in the cases of service supplied or offered by ROBOSQUE, (i) the supply of the services again, or (ii) the payment of the cost of having services supplied again: and, b) in case of goods supplied or offered by ROBOSQUE , (iii) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, (iv) the repair of such goods, (v) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or (vi) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OUR SERVICE IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Termination

The Open Innovation Lab Ltd. and its Affiliates do not store or disclose sensitive information (eg credit card numbers) except as indicated or necessary in the relevant e-commerce transaction.

Governing Law

The laws of Jordan govern this Agreement and your use of Our Service. You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, obligations and restrictions, which apply to you. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan for any claim, action or dispute under this Agreement. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall be a waiver of that or any other right. If any term of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall not be affected.
